We just submitted a paper entitled “pROC: an open-source package for R and S+ to analyze and compare ROC curves” for publication in BMC Bioinformatics. It is significantly longer than the version previously submitted to Bioinformatics, covering all features of pROC, with 3 tables and 3 figures, and with a comparison of the ROC test methods in appendix. I hope it will be more successful than the previous submission.
